Journey through Ireland’s history with these world-class dancers, musicians, and vocalists on March 10! Williamsport, January 16, 2024 – The Community Arts Center in Williamsport is excited to welcome The National Dance Company of Ireland on March 10. Rhythm of the Dance is circling the globe in 2024 to celebrate its “25th Anniversary Tour.” Featuring world-class musicians, incredible vocalists, and Ireland’s greatest dancers, this show is a captivating experience of pulsating rhythms performed at lightning speed, with slick choreography by its ensemble of world-renowned step dancers and a live band who have brought audiences to their feet around the world.
The show will be quintessentially Irish; from its roots in Sean Nos (Irish Gaelic for “old style”) to the modern style we see today, this new production takes the Audience on a thrilling, breathless two hour Celtic dance extravaganza.
