A “flerd” of Scottish Highland cattle and Katahdin hair sheep
Forest dwelling Berkshire pigs
Heirloom turkeys on pasture
No-till vegetable and hemp gardens
Beekeeping
Integration of fruit, nut and “hay trees” into grazing systems
After the tour, join us at the swimming pond for an a la carte menu of Two
Creek grilled meats, veggies and salads
