The Bloomsburg Children’s Museum is temporarily closed to safeguard guests and staff.

In following Governor Wolf’s recommendation and in the interests of guest health and safety, the Bloomsburg Children’s Museum will temporarily close effective Monday, March 16. The Museum will continue to monitor the developments around the COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus and will evaluate a prudent date to reopen. Our projected re-opening date is March 30th.

Although the Museum will be closed to the public, Museum staff will be busy cleaning, repairing, and building exhibits! Every day Monday-Saturday at 1 p.m. Museum staff will produce a real-time Facebook event “Live from the Museum: A Behind the Scenes Look.” Each broadcast will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the museum exhibits. The broadcasts allow viewers to ask questions about the Museum and the exhibit presented. Some episodes will include a story-time about one of our exhibits, and a behind the scenes look at what goes into building exhibits.
