The BookHouse@Eastern Monroe Public Library presents singer/songwriter Sharla K; R&B/Pop/Inspirational

Eastern Monroe Public Library’s popular BookHouse concert series resumes on
Friday, June 30th at 7:00 PM with a concert featuring Sharla K, singing
R&B, Pop and Inspirational Music.
Sharla K. is the “Fresh Face” of Pop, R&B and Inspirational Music. She is a
professional recording, performing artist and a passionate vocalist. She
has performed in various venues (Paradise Stream Resort, Mt. Airy Casino
Summer Concert Series, Taste of Philadelphia Music Festival, etc), winning
various singing competitions and showcases (98.5 KRZ Nepa Idol, Amateur
Night at the Apollo, Steve Harvey Morning Radio Show, etc). Sharla released
her debut EP “2 Is Better Than 1,” in 2014 and her debut album “Love Hi” in
2020.
She is currently working on her next album titled “Rocket Going Up.”
Sharla’s music is a mixture of thoughtfully crafted lyrics, with infectious
and beautiful melodies that all equate to a new sound that is sure to keep
the public craving for more. Sharla K. is a universal talent that gives
riveting live performances that will enthrall all types of music listeners:
the optimist, party-goers and lovers. You will not only be entertained by
