ABSOLUTELY! Theatre and Fundraising in collaboration with the Clinton
County Tourism Promotion Agency presents the First Annual Lock Haven Fringe
Festival scheduled for Friday, September 29th and Saturday, September 30th
in downtown Lock Haven. The planners are recruiting bands, musicians,
creative performers, street artists and unique entertainers for the event.
