Celebrate 2019 at The Brew Pub enjoying our Annual Brewmaster’s Dinner!!
A five course beer and food pairing created by Head Chef Steve Bigger and paired by Head Brewer Donny Abraczinskas on December 31st from 5:00-9:00. Bring your appetite for food and brews as Donny will guide you through an evening full of both!!
Cash bar and hors d’oeuvres 5:00-5:30.
Dinner will start right around 5:30.
This is a ticketed event only. Tickets are available at the Brew Pub daily after 4:00 and are $100 per person. Tickets are non-refundable and there is limited seating, so don’t wait!!!
The Brew Pub will not be open for regular service and will close after the Dinner.
Brewmaster’s Dinner Menu 2019:
Appetizer: Pancetta & Green Pea Risotto – Creamy rice with sweet green peas & Italian Pancetta. Garnished with Prosciutto, fresh Basil and Parmesan cheese.
Soup: Shrimp Minestrone – Classic Italian stew of spinach, Garbanzo beans, roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, Italian spices, Cavatappi pasta & Parmesan cheese. Plus house twist, Shrimp.
Salad: Florentine and Grilled Radicchio – Baby spinach & grilled radicchio topped with pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, Asiago croutons, Mozzarella cheese and a roasted garlic Balsamic dressing.
Entree (choice of 1):
– 8 oz. Grilled Filet Marsala – Two tender, four-ounce beef filets grilled to medium & topped with a wild mushroom marsala sauce. Served with Gorgonzola & bacon mashed potatoes and asparagus.
– Pecorino Romano Crusted Bronzino – Traditional Italian fish lightly dusted in Pecorino Romano panko then pan fried & drizzled with a Balsamic reduction. Served on an Italian black rice with roasted garlic green and roasted Roma tomatoes.
Dessert: Lemon Gelato– Cap off the Italian theme with lemon cello swirl Gelato served in a champagne glass and accompanied with a Pistachio & cranberry anise biscotti
