The Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center is pleased to announce the Atrium Gallery exhibit for December, “Glass and Steel” an exhibit of glass ornaments and bulbs along with the metal molds they were created in. These molds were recently added to the Wellsboro Glass Historical Association’s collection by a generous donation from the Corning Museum of Glass. The opening reception for this and the Main Gallery exhibit will be held on Sunday, December 8 th from 2-4PM. The reception is free and open to the public, who are invited to come enjoy light refreshments provided by Art’s Friends. Tracey Fox, a board member of WGHA, will give a brief talk about the Association and their collection at 2:45PM. This exhibit will remain on display until Sunday, January 5 th.

The Gmeiner is open from 12-6PM Tuesdays through Sundays and is located at 134 Main Street in Wellsboro behind the Green Free Library. Admission to the gallery is free.
