Factory Works Photo Lab is excited to announce our upcoming Gum Bi-Chromate Workshop. April 2nd, from 11 am to 4 pm, we will be hosting a gum bi-chromate workshop at our space at The Pajama Factory.

The class will be lead by experienced photographer and gallerist from Philadelphia, Beth Dombkowski. The class costs $100 and all supplies are provided by the Photo Lab and are included in the cost. Similar to a multicolored cyanotype, using digital negatives created from a source photograph to create a print using sunlight, water and paper pre-treated with light sensitive chemistry. Each participant will leave with a 16×20 inch Gum Bi-Chromate print. The only participants need to bring with you is an 8×10 print of the image you’d like to transform into gum bi-chromate.
