Infectious Intelligence Club
Monday, December 2 (continues monthly on first Monday through May 2020)
Middle and High School-aged students will design and build tethered robots using engineering design concepts. Robots will be created to compete in a competition. Sketchup, technical drawing, circuits, mechanical engineering, critical thinking, and mathematical skills will be taught. A teacher’s recommendation is required because of the challenging nature of the club. Open to grades 6 and up. Payment required upon registration. $140/student. Pizza dinner included.
First Lego League

First Lego League Jr. is designed to introduce STEM concepts to kids ages 6-10. Discover your sense of wonder during the 2019/2020 FIRST® LEGO® League Jr. season, BOOMTOWN BUILD!. More than ever, we must come together to innovate and solve problems. In FIRST, you are part of a thriving community brimming with inspiration, creativity, and hope for a stronger, more sustainable future—one that’s built better together. Lego Expo Mar. 7th. Girls Who Code

Girls Who Code is a FREE after-school program for 3rd-5th grade girls. Learn the concepts of loops, variables, conditionals and functions that form the basis for all programming languages. All while having fun and making friends!
Little Sprouts: Tumble & Move
December 5, 12 and 19
Ages 2-6 and their caregivers will tumble and move, experiencing whole body motion through fun themes each week. Taught by Katie Rude of MomBoss Fitness. Four class session is $28 per family (same household); registration required.
Art Lab: Dream Catchers
Saturday, December 7
11 a.m.-12 p.m.
A one hour class exploring and introducing fine art techniques. Whether you’re a seasoned painter in acrylics or watercolor or new to painting in general, you’ll find oil painting to be a fun and unique way to bring your drawings to life! Recommended for ages 6+. Museum admission plus $6.00 material fee. Register online.
Sunday, December 8
Visit with Santa in a quiet relaxed environment where kids can take their time with Santa, playing with toys and reading books. Free museum admission.
Miss Kerry’s Holiday Music Camp
This internationally recognized early childhood music and movement program is led by certified music teacher, Kerry Kenny. $70.00 for first child and $30.00 for the second child ages infant to 5. Mini Maker Camp
Ages 6-12, $30 per student; Camp C: Super Amazing Chemistry
Students will conduct 12 experiments exploring polymers, color, light, chain reactions, acids and bases all while having fun!

Scout Badge Program: Shoebox Archeology

Archaeology is tons of dirt-digging, story-telling, mystery-solving fun. Archaeologists learn about ancient people, how they lived, what they looked like, what tools they used, by digging in the dirt! Learn about this process while earning a scout fun patch! Registration includes fun patch and materials for class. $15.00 per student.

Exploring Club is for boys and girls ages 10 –17 who are interested in learning about exciting career choices through activities, guest speakers and field trips to take an in-depth look at a wide variety of careers. Exploring Club is run through the Boy Scouts of America’s Learning for Life. $140/ student for the entire year. (No meetings in July and August)
